Separate seed throughput from oil output. The VG-series capacity figures on this site are rapeseed feed rates. Finished oil output depends on seed oil content, preparation, pressing conditions and losses. Do not size a project by treating feed capacity as oil yield.
Check the site. Confirm available three-phase voltage, frequency, electrical protection, space, access, ventilation and the equipment layout with the supplier. Electrical installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
Define the complete scope. Ask whether the main motor, heater, seed preparation equipment, oil collection, filtration and commissioning arrangements are included. Compare the full configuration rather than model names alone.
Plan maintenance. Discuss wear parts, cleaning access, the supplied manual and operator training. Isolate and lock out power before maintenance; follow the actual machine instructions.
